A little more history about your baker
After graduating as an Artisan bread baker at the INBP (national institute of bread and pastry, Rouen, France)
I started to run my own Boulangerie in my home city, Lyon (France), from 2000 to 2008.
Our family (me and my American wife Melissa with both our sons Lucas and Leo) then moved to Northern California where I started to work for a few local artisan bakeries.
Lastly we relocated to Portland, Oregon, until our final move to Ashland.
Since then, we’re enjoying the life and the beautiful mountainous surroundings of our new home town.
For being involved as a professional artisan baker for the past twenty years, my goal is to bake and provide the best and authentic French bread to the Rogue valley community.
